EL CASTILLO. Created and written by Isabel Peña ("As Bestas," "El Ser Querido") and Eduardo Villanueva ("Antidisturbios"), "El Castillo" is a six-episode crime thriller for Movistar Plus+, based on the non-fiction book "El Proxeneta" by Mabel Lozano. The series explores the hidden workings of sex trafficking networks in early-2000s Spain, following a young police inspector, Liesa (Omar Ayuso), and his partner Osés (Laia Marull) as they uncover a criminal underworld. Directed by Elena Martín Gimeno and Sandra Romero, the cast also includes Raúl Arévalo, Valentina Vidal. Set to premiere on Movistar Plus+ in 2026. As unit still photographer, I documented the production on set, capturing both official stills and behind-the-scenes work of the cast and crew.
